At Tayina Luxe, your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original packaging
In the same condition you received it

Non-Returnable items
Customized or personalized jewelries are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging. The restocking fee does not apply if the item received was incorrect or defective.
